After checkout, aromart creates an order reference and stores the order details. You can use that reference when contacting support.

What payment methods are available?

The MVP supports manual/cash-on-delivery payment. Real online payment gateways are planned for later and are not active yet.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on the order, destination, stock, and delivery workflow. Final timing promises need business review before launch.

How do returns work?

Do I need an account?

You can register and log in to access account pages such as orders, addresses, wishlist, and settings.

Why is a product unavailable?

Product availability depends on active product variants and inventory. If an item is out of stock, it may not be available for checkout.

Can sellers join aromart now?

aromart is built to support third-party sellers later. External seller onboarding, verification, seller policies, and payouts are not open in the MVP.
